With Heartlfelt Thanks – Alex Syberia Designs

Happy Monday, crafters!! I’m sharing a thank you card featuring the stunning Peony Corners Stamp Set from Alex Syberia Designs today!! There is a Coordinating Stencil available, but I wanted to color it with Copic markers!! I can’t wait to color it with all of the mediums…these florals are amazing!!

I started by stamping the floral image from the Peony Corners Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink. I colored it with Copic markers, added dots to the centers of the flowers with a white gel pen, then used the Coordinating Die to cut it out.

For the background, I taped the two largest scalloped dies in the Whimsical Scalloped Frames Die Set together and die-cut a frame from periwinkle cardstock. A panel of white cardstock was die-cut with the largest scalloped die in the same die set, then it was die-cut with the Meadow Magic Cover Die. I splattered the panel with diluted periwinkle and blue dye inks. Once the ink was dry, the frame was adhered to the white panel, then it was adhered to an A2 panel of dark blue cardstock that was die-cut with the largest pierced die from the Nested Scalloped Frames Die Set. The floral arrangement was adhered with liquid glue.

The sentiment is also included in the Peony Corners Stamp Set. It was stamped onto blue cardstock with Versamark ink, embossed with white embossing powder, then cut out with the Coordinating Die. It was popped up with foam squares. A sprinkling of dark blue iridescent gems finishes off the card and adds a bit of shine.

That does it for me today!! Thanks so much for stopping by!!
