Wreath Shaped Card – Scrappy Tails Crafts

Hi there, crafty friends!! I have a wreath shaped card to share with you today for Scrappy Tails Crafts!!

This Spring Wreath Die Set is so much fun to work with!! I started by die-cutting the solid wreath shape from white cardstock and the wreath base from green cardstock. I die-cut all of the elements for the wreath from two different colors of pink, purple, yellow, green and teal cardstock. I adhered the die-cut wreath to the white background, then adhered all of the pieces with liquid glue. I created the shaped card base by die-cutting the solid wreath die from a card base created from heavyweight white cardstock, leaving the top of the wreath hanging off the folded edge of the card base.

The sentiment, from the Heartfelt Wings Stamp Set, was stamped onto white cardstock with Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Ink, then cut out with the Coordinating Die. It was popped up with foam adhesive.

I added some details to some of the flowers with colored pencils and a yellow gel pen. I added some tiny flowers from the Spring Flower Breeze Embellishment Mix to finish it off and add a different texture.

I really love how this turned out!! I can’t wait to make more in other color combinations!!

Thanks so much for stopping by!! Have a wonderful day!!
