Hello, crafty friends and happy Sunday!! I hope you’re having a wonderful weekend!!

I have a punny birthday card to share with you for Picket Fence Studios!! I o-fish-ally love this sentiment!!

I began by stamping the fish and the sentiment in the O-fish-ally Stamp Set onto white cardstock with PFS Black Hybrid Ink. I colored the fish with Copic markers, added highlights with a white gel pen and cut them out with the Coordinating Dies. I also dotted the eyes of the fish with a black glaze pen for a bit for shine.

I stamped the Where Mermaids Live Stamp Set onto Bristol smooth cardstock with PFS Black Hybrid Ink, then stamped it again with Versamark and embossed it with clear embossing powder. I watercolored the panel with Peacock Feathers and Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide Inks, splattered it with water, picked up the excess with a paper towel, then trimmed each side. I adhered a strip of black and white striped patterned paper to each side of an A2 white card base, then adhered the watercolored panel.

The fish and sentiment were popped up with foam adhesive. A few sequins and clear baubles from the Sea of Dolphins Embellishment Mix are the perfect bubbles.

This will be a perfect birthday card for those hard-to-create-for guys in my life!!
