Happy Friday, friends!! I hope you have some fun plans for the weekend!! I’m sharing a card today that combines several goodies from the latest Pretty Pink Posh release!! I was inspired by a couple of the hibiscus plants that I have around our pool!!

I started by stamping the beautiful hibiscus and tropical leaves in the Happy Hibiscus Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink. I colored them with Copic markers, added highlights with a white gel pen, then used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out.

For the background, I stenciled the Layered Tropical Leaves Stencil Set onto a panel of white cardstock using dye inks in shades of green and teal. I trimmed the panel slightly and adhered it to an A2 panel of bright pink cardstock. I die-cut panels of vellum using the second largest die in the Eyelet Rectangles Die Set and the smallest die in the Eyelet Ovals Die Set. The rectangle was adhered to the background at the top and bottom, then the flowers and leaves were arranged and adhered with liquid glue.

The sentiment is from the Happy Summer Stamp Set. It was stamped onto bright pink cardstock with Versamark ink and embossed with white detail embossing powder. The Coordinating Die was used to cut it out, then it was popped up in the center of the oval with foam squares. The oval was adhered to the background, adding liquid glue only behind the die-cut. A sprinkling of Summer Blooms Clay Confetti pieces finishes off the card.

The perfect card for a warm summer day to let someone know how special they are to you!! Be sure to check out the entire newest release in the Pretty Pink Posh shop!! It’s packed full of summer goodness!!
Thank you so much for stopping by today!! I appreciate your time!! Have a wonderful weekend!!
