Hello, friends!! It’s release day for Pretty Pink Posh and you’re in for a treat!! This release is SNOW much fun!! There are penguins galore and tons of wintery goodness to create absolutely adorable projects!! My card features the Penguin Friends Stamps & Coordinating Dies, Igloo Shaker Dies, Winter Trees Die Set, Snowy Hills Border Dies and the Snowflake Background Stencil!!

How cute is this?!? I started by stamping the sweet penguins in the Penguin Friends Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink. I colored them with Copic markers, added highlights with a white gel pen, then used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out. I trimmed the white border off of the bottom of the purple hat before adhering it to the penguin’s head.

For the background, I lightly stenciled the Snowflake Background Stencil onto an A2 panel of white cardstock with Tumbled Glass, Wilted Violet and Kitsch Flamingo Distress Ink. I die-cut another A2 panel of white cardstock with a die from the Snowy Hills Border Die Set and lightly blended it with the same inks. A couple of trees from the Winter Trees Die Set were cut from white cardstock and all of the elements were adhered to the background with liquid glue. The sentiment, also included in the Penguin Friends Stamp Set, was stamped onto the snow bank with black pigment ink.

Next, I constructed the igloo. The top layer of the igloo was cut from white cardstock using both dies in the Igloo Shaker Die Set. The back layer and the acetate were die-cut using the solid die. The acetate was adhered behind the front layer, then I added foam strips to each of the lines to create individual “wells” so all of the shaker bits wouldn’t fall to the bottom. I added the Pastel Blizzard Clay Confetti Mix to each of the “wells”, then adhered the white solid die-cut to the back. It was adhered to the background with liquid glue and the penguins were popped up with foam squares. I used a black glaze pen on the penguin’s eyes and added Star Dust Stickles to the trees, pom poms on the hats and the snowflake that the penguin is holding for a little sparkle.
